Recently, based on the 2021 annual report and other information disclosed by the basic layer listed companies before April 30th, the National Equities Exchange Corporation has carried out the second innovation layer promotion implementation work for 2022 as planned. After self inspection by listed companies, verification by hosting securities firms, and preliminary screening and public announcement of national equity conversion companies, a notice was issued on May 20, 2022 regarding the second batch of decisions to enter the innovation layer. A total of 322 companies were transferred to the innovation layer starting from May 23. Among them, Tianjin Xianzhong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully shortlisted and disclosed a suggestive announcement on the same day.
Successfully entering the innovation layer of the New Third Board is a new starting point for the company.
